Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while contributing to the company’s speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and plan repair work with estimated costs.
• Repair vehicle bodies using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, and hand tools.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
