You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, working with the team to meet speed, quality and customer-excellence KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with common repair tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign frames and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Repair glass, interior parts and repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and KPI targets.
