The role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and maintaining high professional standards while driving customer satisfaction and company results.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
