Job summary

Walser Automotive Group’s Collision & Glass team seeks an experienced estimator to assess damage, estimate labor and parts, and guide repairs to meet quality standards. You will collaborate with insurance providers and teammates to deliver timely, accurate repairs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to Walser’s core values, with opportunities for growth within a respected automotive group.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Associates degree in Collision Repair preferred.
• Experience estimating in a fast-paced auto body shop helpful.
• Ability to maintain relationships with insurance companies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Follow all safety policies and report accidents to a manager or supervisor.
• Follow through repair process and file handling tasks.
• Lead by example and be an advocate for staff.
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
