Energy Jobline ZR in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our collision repair team. You will write accurate repair estimates, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and help manage repairs from intake through delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient with estimating software. You will coordinate with technicians, adjusters, and suppliers, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, and maintain

Formación

• Experience as auto body estimator or in collision repair.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and materials.
• Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple repair orders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect vehicles and write accurate collision repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and insurance procedures.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate repairs and supplements.
• Perform teardown inspections and write supplements as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts vendors to ensure proper repairs.
• Track repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Review completed repairs to ensure quality and completeness before delivery.
• Maintain organized repair files and documentation.
• Uphold shop standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
