Zusammenfassung

BodyWerks Collision Center in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Body Shop Advisor / Collision Estimator. You will greet customers, assess damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate with insurers to guide the collision repair process.

We offer paid training, employee development, and a comprehensive benefits package in a state-of-the-art facility owned by Furrow Automotive Group. I-CAR credentials and CCC ONE/Audatex/Mitchell experience are valued.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of collision repair, body shop, automotive service advising, or insurance appraisal experience preferred
• Collision estimating experience is a strong plus
• Experience with CCC ONE, Audatex, Mitchell, or similar estimating software preferred
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures, insurance claims, and repair processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• I-CAR certification or similar credentials are a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

BodyWerks Collision Center is looking for an experienced Body Shop Advisor / Collision Estimator to join our team! You'll work directly with customers, assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, coordinate with insurance companies, and help guide customers through the collision repair process.
