Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and painting under supervision
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs
• Collaborate with team to complete repair projects on time and to quality standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Extend working hours as needed to meet workload and customer requirements
