Quirk Auto Dealerships in Boston, MA is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will assist customers with paperwork, warranties, and after-sale questions while communicating with lenders and internal teams.

This role emphasizes timely follow-up, problem resolution, and maintaining a positive customer experience from delivery through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership, banking, finance, admin, or customer-service preferred but not required.
• Background check including criminal, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.
• Ability to follow up consistently and resolve issues with customers and lenders.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and after-sale items.
• Resolve outstanding issues professionally to maintain a positive customer experience after delivery.
• Maintain communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until transaction completion.
• Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures or documents are required.
