Job summary

ORW | 4WP is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, coaching a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with service teams, and help customers choose the right aftermarket parts for trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs.

Ideal candidates have retail automotive parts experience, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach to drive sales while maintaining store standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in aftermarket automotive parts preferred.
• Experience coaching or leading a sales team.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily store operations across sales, customer service, inventory, and service coordination.
• Coach and motivate sales staff to meet daily and monthly goals for merchandise, labor, warranty, and efficiency.
• Lead by example with product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Recommend additional parts and services that fit customers’ needs and vehicle applications.
• Source parts efficiently, considering customer needs, product availability, value, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and pricing reviews.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on orders and service schedules.
