ORW | 4WP is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a sales team, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will manage inventory, coordinate with service, and promote products across vehicle parts and accessories.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in aftermarket automotive parts or related industry.
• Experience coaching or leading a sales team.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their vehicle applications.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
• Familiarity with computer software, parts databases, and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with team lifts up to 100 pounds.
• Availability to work the store's scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations across sales, customer service, inventory, and service coordination.
• Coach and motivate sales staff to meet goals for merchandise sales, labor, warranty sales, and labor efficiency.
• Model best practices with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Recommend additional parts and services that fit customers’ needs.
• Provide ongoing training on products, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
• Source parts efficiently, considering customer needs, product availability, value, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, organization, and pricing reviews.
• Keep the showroom, product displays, and merchandising organized and inviting.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to manage orders, installations, and service schedules.
• Support store social media efforts to promote products and customer builds.
