ORW | 4WP in Coppell, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, customer service, inventory, and service coordination. The role focuses on coaching staff to meet merchandise, labor, warranty, and efficiency goals.

You will lead by example with product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques, while recommending parts and services that fit customers’ needs.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in aftermarket automotive parts or related industry.
• Experience coaching, training, or leading a sales team.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, compatibility, and product applications.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations across sales, customer service, inventory, and service coordination.
• Coach and motivate sales staff to meet daily and monthly goals for merchandise, labor, warranty, and efficiency.
