Job summary

ORW | 4WP is seeking energetic Sales Associates to help customers customize their vehicles with aftermarket parts and upgrades. You will engage enthusiasts and everyday drivers to identify needs and recommend parts, wheels, tires, and lifts.

Ideally you have experience in automotive sales or powersports, a passion for trucks and Jeeps, and the ability to grow income through uncapped commissions. Training is provided in product knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with customer engagement and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and aftermarket products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a retail environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand vehicle needs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of parts and services.
• Inform customers with questions and promotions; communicate monthly promotions.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with inventory control and display organization.
