Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and valid teaching certificate.
• ESL certification required during 1st year if not already obtained.
• Certification must meet state/federal requirements to teach.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to district instructional strategies and develop standards-based lesson plans.
• Provide accommodations/modifications and behavioral supports for students with Autism.
• Develop and write IEPs and monitor progress toward goals.
• Maintain and analyze data to inform instruction and progress.
• Collaborate with families, staff and specialists to support student success.
• Follow district policies and participate in required meetings.
