Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role requires movement and lifting up to 50 pounds, CPR/First Aid and TB testing, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain an RBT Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent application of strategies.
