Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may require CPR/First Aid and TB tests as part of

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain an RB T Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in comprehensive training.
