CENTRIA AUTISM in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while remaining patient and collaborative.

The role includes comprehensive training, a pay range of $17–$20 per hour, and opportunities to grow within the Behavioral Analysis field.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance from BCBA.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Certification in RBTC is required after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist in implementing individualized plans and recording progress.
• Be physically able to assist and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
