Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians in Michigan. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior interventions under a BCBA's guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
