Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required; TB test may be needed.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support children's progress.
• Be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team; participate in comprehensive training.
