Centria Autism is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team in Michigan. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans developed under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to move in various positions like sitting, squatting, bending, etc.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
