Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one intervention under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training. The role requires physical activity (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds) and a collaborative, compassionate mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient and able to work in a team.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors under BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child progress.
