Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, and you will join a collaborative team focused on making measurable differences in each child’s progress. Training is provided to all new hires.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
