Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Comprehensive training is provided; candidates must be patient and able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB testing within onboarding.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities
