Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and supporting family goals.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test, pass background check, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support children's progress.
