Centria Autism is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Grand Rapids, MI. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior plans under a BCBA, using proven techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role offers training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow within behavioral analysis.

Formación

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Contribute to reducing interfering behaviors and promoting independence.
