Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism and able to work in a team.
• Patient and compassionate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (within last year).
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring during sessions.
