Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Connecticut is hiring both new Behavior Therapists and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our diverse team. You will implement ABA therapy, collect data, and work with BCBAs to support each child’s goals.

We offer on‑the‑job training for RBT certification, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k). This is a collaborative, growth‑minded environment focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must meet BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, and schools.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by BCBAs.
• Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Utilize behavior reduction techniques and help clients acquire functional skills.
• Train and support parents/caregivers on home strategies.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and session notes.
• Communicate openly with BCBAs, families, and team members.
