Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our learning center team. You will implement client treatment plans, provide one-on-one therapy, and collect data under supervision of BCBAs/BCaBAs, traveling to various settings as needed.

Our RBT Rise Program offers proprietary training, competitive pay, PTO, supervision towards BCBA certification, and opportunities for professional growth while helping children bloom.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; BACB RBT eligibility.
Must pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period.
Must obtain and maintain required BACB RBT certification.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in centers, homes, and schools.
Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address goals.
Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses.
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to track progress and adjust plans.
Utilize behavior reduction techniques as outlined in the plan.
Assist clients in acquiring functional, communication, and social skills.
