Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a devoted Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, teach essential skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based methods.

This role offers comprehensive training, making it suitable even for candidates without prior experience. You may be required to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds while supporting children's development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.

• Be able to stand, walk, sit, kneel, squat, lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
