Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Follow guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
