No prior experience is required; training is provided. This role is active and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and team‑oriented
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reduce interfering behaviors under supervision
• Collaborate with team and participate in training
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds when required
