Centria Autism in Lexington, MA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a tuberculosis test.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support meaningful progress for each child.
