Job summary

Centria is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians, making a real difference in the lives of children with autism. This position involves implementing behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Comprehensive training will be provided, even if you lack prior experience. Key responsibilities include teaching essential skills while managing physical demands such as lifting and moving children.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
