Job summary

Centria Autism is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians in Lexington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a certified BCBA. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Will obtain a Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in data collection and reporting.
• Support the BCBA in program development and evaluation.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
