Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Will obtain a Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Assist in data collection and reporting.
Support the BCBA in program development and evaluation.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
