Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Lincoln, MA to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will apply evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting growth and reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 21+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to support each child’s progress.
