Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

Pay ranges from $19 to $26 per hour. Training is provided, and a strong team environment supports growth in the field of Behavioral Analysis. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Must be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support child development.
