Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and compassionate care, with comprehensive training provided. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour and opportunities for career growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA
