Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Bay City, MI is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join the Autism Center. In this 40-hour weekly role, you will implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect data, and work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years of experience with children required.
• RBT training completed prior to hire date; exam within 3 months of Initial Competency Assessment.
• Knowledge of department policies, procedures and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Collects data and implements programs using applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Maintains daily data collection, records and written daily communication.
• Communicates effectively with BCBA and care team.
• Supports team with group activities and treatment plans.
