Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Service Representative at the Covenant location in Bay City, MI, within the Autism Center. You will deliver exceptional customer service, greet patients and families, and support treatment teams.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent child-facing experience; a Bachelor's in psychology or related field is preferred. You will also maintain data, communicate with families, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years of experience with children required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or in a therapy clinic preferred.
• Typing skill of 40 wpm; proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service patients and families in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist patients and families with questions and involve the BCBA as needed.
• Maintain daily data collection and written notes for patient care.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings and orientation.
