Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support ABA therapy for children and young adults with autism. You will work under supervision to provide 1:1 and group services in clinic and home settings, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians.

The role emphasizes reliability, professional communication, and adherence to HIPAA; training is provided and certifications encouraged, with options for growth and benefits offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or to be maintained with BACB guidance.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks and regulatory screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services under supervision in clinic and in-home settings.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on programming as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain professional interactions with families at clinic and in-home visits.
• Assist with client pick-up and drop-off at the clinic.
• Adhere to behavior intervention plans designed by supervisors.
• Perform basic childcare tasks as needed (diapering, feeding, dressing).
• Complete written summaries, graph data, and organize session materials.
• Collaborate with clients, families, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Attend training opportunities and meetings; maintain a safe clinic environment.
