Social Pediatric Therapy in West Bloomfield, MI is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team in a pediatric clinic setting. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions focused on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills.
• Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
