Job summary

Behavioral Perspective (BPI) seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children, teens, and young adults with Autism across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.

You’ll work under experienced managers and BCBAs to help clients achieve meaningful goals, with comprehensive training and clear advancement paths. The role requires physical stamina, reliable transportation, and a strong commitment to safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
• Clear background checks including criminal, sex offender, and abuse/neglect registry.
• Clear MVR background check as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 therapy sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with managers and BCBAs to support clients' goals.
• Work across clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help clients develop life skills and improve communication.
• Maintain safety and respond to urgent situations as needed.
