Job summary

Behavioral Perspective (BPI) invites dedicated individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will conduct 1:1 ABA sessions with clients across clinics, homes, and community settings, under supervision of BCBA staff. Training is provided and clear pathways exist for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, abuse/ neglect registry check, and MVR as required.
• Experience in ABA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism.
• Collaborate with BCBA and managers across clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Support clients in developing life and social skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain safety and complete required documentation.
