Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one therapy for children, teens, and young adults with Autism. You will work under supervision with managers and BCBAs across BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community sites.

The role emphasizes developing client self-advocacy, life skills, and communication, going beyond typical childcare to promote meaningful behavioral changes. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the BT program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Consistent and reliable attendance required.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse/neglect registry check required.
• Clear MVR background check as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients in a 1:1 setting to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with managers and BCBAs to implement ABA plans across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.
• Assist clients in developing self-advocacy and life skills and improving social interactions.
