Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy to children, teens, and young adults with autism in diverse settings, including BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community locations.

You will work 1:1 with clients, help them develop essential life and communication skills, and collaborate with experienced BCBA supervisors to help clients reach meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal background check and registry checks.
• Clear MVR search if required by position.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on a 1:1 basis.
• Support clients in developing life, communication, and social skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and other therapists to implement behavior plans.
• Contribute to a positive, safe learning environment across multiple locations.
