Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism, delivering one-on-one interventions under a BCBA. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, while staying patient and collaborative in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism and improving skills.
• Able to work well in a team and follow supervision from BCBA.
• Eligible to obtain CPR, First Aid and TB test; background check required.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based behavior strategies.
• Implement individualized plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Be patient and flexible in a dynamic classroom-based setting.
