Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under a BCBA's guidance. You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, and you will contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families. The role emphasizes teamwork, physical activity, and a caring, patient approach to care.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress.
• Participate in training and collaborate with a team.
