Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and help children reach their potential. The role requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to stand and assist with activities, sometimes lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• 18+ years of age and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Attend to safety and physical requirements during activities.
