Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, applying evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training is provided. You’ll join a dedicated team committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. Pay ranges from $17.00–$20.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Under the guidance of a BCBA, assist with data collection and progress tracking.
