Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism and implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and teamwork. Pay range is $17-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training.
