Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families, with comprehensive training provided.

This role involves staying active and may require lifting up to 50 pounds; the pay range is $18-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
